Jason & Brian Neal
Meet Jason and Brian Neal, the brothers behind Ideal In Air and proud lifelong Texans. HVAC isn’t just their profession—it’s in their blood. With family roots in the trade dating back to the 1960s, they grew up around the tools, the trucks, and the belief that doing right by people always comes first.
After decades in the HVAC industry, Jason and Brian had seen enough. They were tired of being pushed to upsell, tired of watching good service take a backseat to sales goals, and tired of defending their integrity in a system that didn’t value it. So, they started their own company—one built on honesty and skill.
In 2020, they launched Ideal In Air. A company built on honesty, trust, and the belief that you don’t have to lie, cheat, or cut corners to be successful. With over 60 years of combined experience, they lead a team of certified, EPA-licensed professionals who treat every home like their own. Jason and Brian are also proud York Certified Comfort Experts, committed to staying sharp with ongoing training and delivering real value to every customer.
When they’re not tackling installs or training up the next generation of techs, you’ll find them cracking jokes, sharing stories, or arguing (like brothers do). At the end of the day, their mission is simple—treat people right, work with pride, and raise the bar for HVAC service in Tarrant County.
Where It All Started
The photo says it all. That’s our dad back in the 1960s, working for Fort Worth’s own Grant Air Conditioning. He taught us the trade long before we ever picked up a wrench. We were raised around service trucks, attic installs, and the sound of AC units kicking on in the Texas heat. For most families, air conditioning is just part of the house. For us, it’s part of who we are.
Out of five brothers, four of us followed in his footsteps. The fifth? He went into pest control—we still give him a hard time about it. But that’s family. And at the end of the day, everything we’ve built at Ideal In Air comes from the values we learned early: work hard, be honest, and take care of people.
